Roof Replacement.

A roof replacement starts with a full tear-off.

We tear off the existing roofing down to the sheathing and inspect 100% of the decking. We then install underlayment as the first layer of protection, followed by your chosen roofing material.

What we assess. Decking condition, signs of damage, and roof ventilation before the new roofing goes on.

Roof Repair.

Assessing the damage and providing the right solution.

Weather damage, worn materials, and installation issues can all compromise your roof’s integrity. We assess the extent and cause of the problem, explain what we find, and recommend repairs that address the underlying issue.

Common causes include: Leaks, damaged flashing, penetrations, isolated material failures, and damage from storms, fallen branches, or other acts of nature.

New Roof Installation.

Install the first roof on a new structure.

For a new build, we work from the plans to price and install the first roofing system. We coordinate with the builder or property owner on the roof details and construction schedule.

Project fit. New residential and light-commercial construction, from a single structure to multi-structure work.

Know the basics before work begins.

We confirm the price, expected schedule, and payment terms before you sign.
